Laser Therapy

Laser physiotherapy, or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive, painless treatment using  High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT/Hot Laser), laser light to penetrate tissues, reducing pain and inflammation while promoting cellular regeneration. It accelerates healing in musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis, muscle strains, and chronic pain by boosting metabolism in cells.

PMS

Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (PMS) in physiotherapy is a non-invasive, painless treatment using electromagnetic pulses to stimulate nerves and muscles, reducing pain and improving mobility. It acts on muscles to relax knots, improve blood circulation, and strengthen tissues, often used for office syndrome, nerve pain, and post-stroke rehabilitation.

Ultrasound therapy

Ultrasound Therapy is a non-invasive, commonly used physical therapy technique that utilizes high-frequency sound wave (133 MHz) to deliver deep heat (2-5 cm) to the soft tissue, reducing pain, spasm,  acute or chronic inflammation, increase blood circulation, break down scar tissue and promote tissue healing.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy (SWT), is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses high-energy acoustic pulses to stimulate healing and relieve chronic pain in muscles, tendons, and bones.

Traction (lumbar/ Cervical)

Traction physical therapy is

a non-invasive, therapeutic technique that applies gentle, longitudinal pulling forces to the cervical (neck) or lumbar (lower back) spine. It is designed to decompress vertebrae, relieve pressure on spinal discs and nerves, and improve mobility for conditions like sciatica, herniated discs, or pinched nerves.

Electrical Stimulation

Electrical stimulation (E-stim) in physical therapy uses low-voltage electrical currents delivered via skin electrodes to stimulate nerves and muscles. It reduces pain, decreases inflammation, prevents muscle atrophy, and improves circulation or range of motion, often acting as a rehabilitative tool for muscle re-education after injury or surgery.

Vacuum

Vacuum physical therapy uses negative pressure (suction) to lift skin and soft tissues, improving circulation, reducing muscle tension, and increasing range of motion. It is used for pain relief, rehabilitation, and scar tissue management, often involving techniques like cupping or specialized vacuum devices.
